Sara Ayats at the 24th Torbole Meeting at Lago di Garda

Between the 23rd and 25th of March, Lake Garda, Italy, hosted the 24th edition of the Torbole Meeting.

This event is internationally prestigious in the world of sailing and this year, it brought together a total of 121 sailors from various parts of Europe.

It stands out for its technical and competitive demands and has established itself as a benchmark within the European racing calendar. For this reason, it attracts top-tier participants in search of improvement and sporting excellence.

 

A competition in ideal conditions for our sailor, Sara Ayats

 

 

The Club had the honor of being represented by sailor Sara Ayats, who achieved a deserved 37th position in the general classification and was especially prominent in the women’s category, securing the 6th position.

Her participation demonstrated her skill and commitment to this sport and also served to position the Club as a benchmark within the sailing community.

During the three days of competition, the weather conditions were exceptionally favorable, allowing the scheduled 9 races to be carried out without incidents. The good weather contributed to the success of the event, offering participants ideal conditions for sailing and allowing the public to enjoy the sporting spectacle in an unparalleled natural environment.
